Airline Cabin Crew Training: Course Summary

This cabin crew training program equips aspiring flight attendants with essential knowledge and skills for a successful aviation career. The course is structured into eight core modules:

 

1. Introduction to the Airline Industry

Learn about the structure, regulations, and operations of the aviation industry, including how airlines are organized.

 

2. Air Transport and Flight Operations

Covers airport and passenger procedures, flight operations, aircraft cabin layout, and the science behind flight and altitude effects on the body.

 

3. Crew Responsibilities and Teamwork

Focuses on the onboard crew structure, effective communication, and standard duties during regular operations.

 

4. Handling Emergencies

Prepares trainees for emergencies like turbulence, decompression, fires, and emergency landings, with a strong emphasis on safety.

 

5. Medical Emergencies

Training in using medical equipment, performing CPR, AED, and Heimlich maneuvers, and managing crew or passenger incapacitation.

 

6. Dangerous Goods

Educates crew on transporting and safely managing hazardous materials on board.

 

7. Aviation Security

Explores security threats, handling unruly passengers, and preventing unlawful interference.

8. Customer Service

Focuses on professional service skills and positive passenger interaction, essential for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
